Abstract: Basing on the analysis of the first-hand investigation, and the status quo that cognition and practice of the socialist core values of college student are unoptimistic, and the comprehensive quality standards of college student need to improve, this treatise aims to analyze the causes, and puts out countermeasures of cultivating socialist core values by means of enhancing comprehensive quality standards of college student, that are, infiltrating humanistic culture into scientific education; combining theory with practice; formulating and issuing the quality specification containing the socialist core values; strengthening education and teaching by ways of special education;boosting construction of harmonious campus culture;taking full advantage of various practice platform and patriotism teaching bases,taking full use of system of checking and evaluating,as well as system of supervision, so as to guarantee these specifications to be put into effect by all kinds of methods.
