Abstract:
In this paper, the author bases on a study of Yunnan Agricultural University, using the questionnaire method, mastering the status and characteristics of employment industry selection of economics students, its prominent problems are found out:blindly job selection, being content with the status quo, specialty deviating from employment, ideas differences. Therefore,the paper proposes that improving the current situation of supply and demand of employment market, optimizing the employment environment, reforming university training model, actively strengthening the guiding role of government, constantly improving the overall quality of students, ensuring the employment goals, and at last, transforming employment concept, etc.
