Abstract: Bai local-style dwelling houses of Yunnan is with the distinctive characteristics of regional, historical and cultural inheritance, ethnic, and its site selection and design, building materials selection, decorative pattern, contains rich and unique ecological architecture cultural viewpoint. On China's urbanization process of rapid development, researching and using for reference the ecological construction culture implying in local national dwellings, can avoid the appearance of bad construction, and can be helpful for highlighting the characteristics of local ecological building, improving construction efficiency and cultural content, creating eco-tourism village and livable city, and inheriting dwellings ecological construction culture.
