Abstract: Since the reform and opening up in 1979, China adherents to the major theoretical innovation and policy innovation, to deepen the system reform and explore the practice access and method on promoting agricultural development, farmer income generation and socialist new countryside construction actively. This paper reviews and summarizes the achievements and successful experiences on solving the deep-seated contradictions and problems in Issues of Agriculture, Farmer and Rural Area, then, suggests on improving and further strengthening relevant policies.
