Abstract: To develop students' English self-learning ability draws increasing attention, with the deepening of the reform of English teaching, students' independent learning ability is being put forward higher requirements. This paper analyzes the influential factors of self-learning, proposes effective ways to develop students' self-learning ability from the aspects of interest, attitudes, innovative approaches and conditions.
