Abstract:
An reasonable laboratory management and construction ensures the effective operation of research experiments and the smooth development of teaching. The paper describes the necessity of university laboratory management, summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of agronomy teaching laboratory and the evolution of laboratory management system in our university, and points out the laboratory management problem from management system, laboratory construction, teaching construction in our universities. Based on these problem, some relevant suggestions and measures that improves the management level of university agronomy laboratory are put forward in many aspects, such as perfecting rules and regulations, designing curriculum reasonable, training existing staff, recruiting quality talents, adopting 5S administration model and doing well its assessment and supervision.
