Abstract: This paper analyzes development present situation of yunnan plateau characteristic agriculture, it discussed the some problems, such as sustainable development capacity of distinctive agricultural products base is not enough, the industrialization degree and technology content are low, financing difficulties, the level of opening to the outside world is limited and so on. Basing on the difficulties, the paper puts forward some advices: strengthening infrastructure investment and water conservancy project reformation; insisting industrialized operation and technical innovation; increasing input and support, broadening investment channels, holding on opportunity to develop export-oriented agriculture, etc.
