农村留守儿童的社会风险及其应对

Social Risk and Countermeasures of Left-behind Children in Rural Areas

  • 摘要: 现代社会是一个风险社会。随着我国社会经济发展,在农村大量劳动力的转移过程中,出现了大量的农村留守儿童。他们遭遇着种种风险问题,安全现状令人堪忧。本研究从风险社会理论的视角出发,探讨了农村留守儿童社会风险问题,包括:意外事故风险、失范风险和身心健康风险;在此基础上,探讨了农村留守儿童社会风险的制度、文化、个体因素,从破解城乡二元制度、加大投入、加强农村教育和建立健全社会支持体系三个方面提出应对。

     

    Abstract: Modern society is a risk society. As China's social and economic development, a large number of rural left-behind children appeared in the transfer process of a lot rural labor force. They encounter a variety of risks, and their security situation is worrying. This research embarks from the perspective of risk society theory, explores the social risk problems of rural left-behind children, including accident risk, loss risk and health risks; on this basis, this paper discusses the system, culture, individual factors of social risk of the rural left-behind children, from three aspects of breaking urban and rural dual system, increasing investment, strengthening rural education and establishing and improving the social support system to deal with these problems.
