Abstract: The construction of digital villages is an important measure for the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. However, in the process of practice, there may be practical barriers and obstacles, such as the difficulty in cultivating the subjectivity of villagers, fitting the rural social situation, and crossing the digital divide between urban and rural areas. This may be due to the fact that digital technology cannot be effectively integrated with rural relations. Social work takes relationship as the core, integrates it throughout the entire process of practice, and plays a unique professional advantage in the construction of digital villages. Based on this, from the perspective of "technology-relationship" of social work to help the construction of digital villages, following the tow internal logic of the construction of social relationship and community empowerment, this article proposes possible strategies, including promoting the sustainable development of digital villages with stimulating the endogenous motivation of the villagers, the construction of digital caring communities with the goal of building digital-friendly communities, and the construction of civilized digital village with the compatibility of digital culture, so as to realize the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and provide positive explorations.
