安徽省农业科技创新与农业现代化协调发展研究

Research on the Coordinated Development of Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation and Agricultural Modernization in Anhui Province

  • 摘要: 农业科技创新是实施科技兴农战略的关键一环,是推动国家现代化农业发展的重要支撑。本文基于2011—2020年安徽省16个市的面板数据,运用熵权法对农业科技创新与农业现代化综合发展水平进行测度,利用耦合协调度模型测算两大体系的协调发展指数。结果表明:安徽省农业科技创新与农业现代化综合发展水平呈现不断上升趋势,耦合协调度不断提高,但2013年之后出现农业科技创新稍落后于农业现代化发展的情况;安徽省16市耦合协调度不断提升,地区差异显著,整体协调度较低,存在农业科技创新发展滞后情况。

     

    Abstract: Agricultural scientific and technology innovation is a key part of the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating agriculture through science and technology, and is an important support for promoting the development of modern agriculture in the country. Based on the panel data of 16 cities from 2011 to 2020 in Anhui Province, this paper mainly used the entropy right method to measure the comprehensive development level of agricultural scientific and technological innovation and agricultural modernization, and used the coupling coordination degree model to calculate the coordinated development index of the two major systems. The results show that the comprehensive development level of agricultural science and technology innovation and agricultural modernization in Anhui Province shows a continuous upward trend, and the degree of coupling and coordination is constantly improving, but after 2013, there is a situation where agricultural science and technology innovation lags slightly behind the development of agricultural modernization. The coupling coordination degree of 16 cities in Anhui Province has been continuously improved, with significant regional differences and low overall coordination, and there is a lag in the development of agricultural science and technology innovation.
