云南马铃薯产业区域竞争力比较分析

Comparative Analysis on Regional Competitiveness of Potato Industry in Yunnan

  • 摘要: 研究云南省地州市马铃薯产业竞争力,分析比较区域马铃薯产业竞争力的优势,发现问题,有利于延长马铃薯产业链、优化区域整体布局。收集整理云南省15个地州市的马铃薯生产、加工、市场、科研、政府政策支持五方面的指标数据,用层次分析法和熵权法结合计算出综合权重。根据各项指标数据的权重对区域的指标数据计算得分,得出区域之间马铃薯生产竞争力、加工竞争力、市场竞争力、科研竞争力、政府支持力度及综合竞争力排序。研究结论表明研发适合高原地区种植的马铃薯种薯,保护耕地,加工多样化产品,打造高原特色马铃薯品牌,拓宽销售渠道,有利于推动马铃薯主粮化战略。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the competitiveness of potato industry in prefectures and cities of Yunnan Province, and compares the advantages of regional potato industry competitiveness, and finds out the problems. This is helpful to extend the potato industry chain and optimize the comprehensive arrangement of the region industry. The data of indexes about potato production, processing, market, scientific research and government policy support of 15 prefectures and cities of Yunnan Province are collected and analyzed. The synthesis weight is calculated by ahp and entropy weight method. According to the weight of each index, the regional index score is calculated, the order of regional potato production competitiveness, processing competitiveness, market competitiveness, scientific research competitiveness, policy support and comprehensive competitiveness are obtained. The results show that the research and development of potato seeds which are adapted to plateau area, the protection of farming land, the processing of diversified products, the creation of plateau characteristic potato brand, and the expansion of sales channels are conducive to promoting the strategy of potato as staple food.
