Abstract: The spirit of hard struggle and the evolution and progress of human society are mutually causal and closely related. The time-honored and splendid history of the Chinese nation’ s civilization is a history of hard struggle, which has the courage to meet and overcome all kinds of difficulty and challenges. The spirit of hard work has been became the core of the nation. The Communist Party of China, armed with Marxism, has always regarded the revolutionary spirit, the spirit of sacrifice and the spirit of selflessness in the struggle for the liberation of mankind as its most distinctive political character. It has inaugurated great undertakings in human history and created human miracles one after another. The era is the original of thinking, and practice is the foundation of theory. Each era has its own unique spirit of struggle. The spirit of hard struggle is not a stagnant and solidified concept which must be constantly enriched and developed with the changes of the Times, and it still become the spiritual guidance and power source to inspire people to overcome difficulties and forge ahead in the new era.
