Abstract: The integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries is an important way to get rid of poverty and revitalize the countryside. Based on the background of the current strategy of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in China, this paper briefly describes the basic situation of tea industry and its poverty alleviation in Simao District of Pu’ er City. And this paper summarizes and analyzes the main achievements and experiences of the three-industry integration of tea industry in Simao District of Pu’ er City. At present, Simao District of Pu’ er City is led by the construction of the national green economy experiment and demonstration zone, with the construction of national modern agriculture (tea) industrial park, the development of one county and one industry (tea) industry and the transformation of organic tea industry in Simao District as the main starting point. Scientifically plan the layout of the tea industry, optimize and adjust the primary, secondary and tertiary structure of the tea industry, and establish a multi-form interest connection mechanism based on the relationship between the industrial chain and the value chain. As a result, the quality of tea and the market influence of tea industry have been improved, and remarkable results have been made for poverty alleviation. On this basis, this paper further puts forward the countermeasures and ideas for the future development of the integration of the three industries of the tea industry in Simao District, Pu’ er City, in order to provide some reference for the development of industrial poverty alleviation in other areas.
