Abstract: Agricultural modernization has always been one of the important issues concerned by the state. Since the Rural Revitalization Strategy was put forward, agricultural modernization has been given a new meaning. This paper innovatively constructs the measurement and evaluation system of agricultural modernization from the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy from the three dimensions of agricultural production system modernization, agricultural management system modernization and agricultural industry system modernization, taking Gansu Province as an example. The results show that: under the Rural Revitalization Strategy, the level of agricultural modernization in Gansu Province presents a fluctuating upward trend, but the development is slow, and the evolution process of the three dimensions is different. At the same time, the reasons are analyzed and the future development path choice of each dimension of agricultural modernization is given.
