Abstract: Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, which is the new historical position of China. In the new era, rural community governance according to law is an important measure to promote the modernization of national governance , which has important practical significance. It is mainly reflected in that rural community governance according to law is the inevitable requirement of China’ s transformation of governance mode, the inevitable choice to promote the practice of China’ s rule of law, the effective way to solve the problems of rural community, and the key measure to promote the development of rural community . However, there are multiple practical difficulties in the current rural community governance according to law at the ideological level, the institutional level, the implementation level, the means level, and the main level. Therefore, we must put forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of reversing the thought, adjusting the system, updating the means, carrying forward the style, and building the organization in order to realize the modernization of national governance ability and governance mode, we should make corresponding breakthrough in the dilemma of rural community governance according to law, so as to improve the governance capacity of rural communities and improve the governance level of rural communities, and promote the rural community to achieve good governance.
