Abstract: In the process of perfecting the rural governance system combining autonomy, rule of law and virtue, the main body of governance plays an important role in it. However, due to the lack of positioning and behavior logic discussion between the multi-governance subjects, the main function of the play in the process of rural governance gradually rolled inside. Based on this, through the empirical analysis of an effective mechanism for rural governance in Fuxian County, Shaanxi Province. This paper discusses the realization of autonomous social system and self-interest logic, judicial system and order logic of rule of law, and administrative system and stability logic of virtue in rural governance.
