Abstract: Grassroots poverty alleviation cadres are the front line of poverty alleviation, and their poverty alleviation behavior is directly related to poverty alleviation performance. This article takes the Enshi Poverty Alleviation Sharp Knife Class in Hubei as an example, under the perspective of strategic groups, study the behavior of grassroots poverty alleviation cadres. By understanding the reasons and operating mode of the Enshi Poverty Alleviation Sharp Knife Class, we can clarify the advantages and disadvantages of the Enshi Poverty Alleviation Sharp Knife Class, and then consider the enlightenment and experience it brings.
