Abstract:
Through the survey of professional satisfaction in E-commerce and Information Management& Information System of the College of Economics and Management of Yunnan Agricultural University, with the help of customer satisfaction and loyalty models, the factors affecting professional satisfaction are analyzed, the structural equation model is established, and the software of AMOS is used to fit the model and test. The research shows that the perceived quality such as professional services, curriculum setings, and teacher status are the key factors that affect students’ professional satisfaction. In order to improve the professional satisfaction of college students, it is necessary to start with the improvement of status of professional teachers, improvement of professional teaching conditions and equipment, optimization of curriculum settings and other key indicators, strengthen professional guidance to students, enable students to clarify professional development goals, improve professional comprehensive quality, and thereby enhance employment confidence.
