新型城镇化与水生态文明: 互动机理与耦合协调

New Urbanization and Water Ecological Civilization: Interaction Mechanism and Coupling Coordination

  • 摘要: 新型城镇化与水生态文明建设关系密切,相互促进、相互制约。文章利用我国30个省份2009—2018年的面板数据,构建了新型城镇化和水生态文明评价指标体系,运用熵值法确定权重合成综合分,再借助耦合协调度模型和格兰杰因果检验对二者的互动关系进行研判。结果表明,考察期内大部分省市新型城镇化与水生态文明的耦合协调度处于勉强协调和初级协调状态,位于中等耦合协调水平;整体呈现增长趋势且各省份的差距逐渐缩小;从地区分布来看,东部地区高于中西部地区,其中东部地区的北京、上海、天津等地实现了新型城镇化和水生态文明的高水平耦合,中部地区的河南、安徽、湖南等地仍有较大的提升空间。

     

    Abstract: New-type urbanization is closely related to the construction of water ecological civilization, and mutually promotes and restricts each other. The article uses the panel data of 30 provinces from 2009 to 2018 to construct a new urbanization and water ecological civilization evaluation index system, uses the entropy method to determine the weight composite comprehensive score, and then uses the coupling coordination degree model and Granger causality test to compare study and judge the interactive relationship between them. The results show that during the investigation period, the coupling coordination degree of new urbanization and water ecological civilization in most provinces and cities was in a barely coordinated and primary coordinated state, at a medium coupling coordination level; the overall trend was increasing and the gap between provinces was gradually narrowing; In terms of distribution, the eastern region is higher than the central and western regions. Among them, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and other places in the eastern region have achieved a high-level coupling of new urbanization and water ecological civilization, while Henan, Anhui, Hunan and other places in the central region are still relatively great room for improvement.
