Abstract: As an important measure of targeted poverty alleviation, industrial poverty alleviation has effectively solved the absolute poverty problem in our country. In the new stage of relative poverty, new poverty characteristics such as poverty standards and targets of poverty require further development of industrial poverty alleviation, forming a mechanism for industrial enrichment: under the guidance of the government, a new type of agricultural business entity with a certain driving ability, while advancing its own development, adopts a mutually beneficial cooperation model to drive the later rich farmers to realize the improvement of their ability, the change of concepts, and the increase of income, so that they can get rid of poverty and become rich by their own strength, and finally realize the common prosperity of all people. Promoting the transformation from industrial poverty alleviation to industrial prosperity requires the government to change its concepts, clarify its position, and adjust policies to achieve effective connection of phases and promote rural revitalization.
