Abstract:
Under the background of rural revitalization, migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses have ushered in a series of entrepreneurial opportunities, which are mainly reflected in the industrial transfer, entrepreneurial environment optimization, policy support, local resource advantages and other entrepreneurial opportunities, which provide relatively favorable external conditions for migrant workers to return home to start their own businesses; at the same time, due to their own lack of endowment and weak policy support, the entrepreneurial groups of returning migrant workers have low effectiveness. As a result, it is also facing a series of entrepreneurial dilemmas, which are mainly manifested in the cognitive bias of entrepreneurship, the lack of entrepreneurial ability, the weak competitiveness of products, the narrow sales channels, the difficulty in attracting and retaining excellent employees, and the unsatisfactory effect of policy support. Based on the in-depth interviews of five successful entrepreneurs of returning migrant workers in Guizhou Province, this paper, from the perspective of rural revitalization and their entrepreneurial experience, analyzes the opportunities and difficulties faced by migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses from the external environment and the internal motivation of the main body, and accordingly explores the development path of migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship.
