新冠肺炎疫情防控期间高校学生心理状态调研与辅导员心理援助工作初探

Investigation on the Psychological State of College Students and Exploration of the Psychological Assistance Work of College Instructors During the Prevention and Control of the COVID-19

  • 摘要: 2020年新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在全球爆发,给世界及我国民众的身心健康带来较大影响,习近平总书记反复强调要高度重视心理健康工作,加强心理疏导和心理干预。在教育部思想政治工作司等相关部门指导下,各高校大力组织大学生心理疏导援助工作。大部分高校心理咨询中心资源相对有限,辅导员作为学生管理一线工作者,需要多方位了解学生的心理状态,多层次、多渠道为学生进行心理疏导和援助,以促进校园防疫稳定长效机制的构建。本研究对云南某高校学生在新冠疫情防控期间的情绪、生活状态以及对疫情信息的关注程度进行了调研,调研结果显示在新冠疫情防控期间本研究样本中学生的不良情绪较少,但有超过三分之一甚至接近一半学生可能会感到生活单调、无所事事;有95.3%的学生每天会通过各类渠道关注疫情信息,超过60%的学生每天花1~2个h浏览疫情相关信息。本研究对辅导员在新冠疫情防控期间开展心理援助的核心思路、工作目标与路径进行了探究,旨在为高校辅导员相关工作提供理论和实践参考。

     

    Abstract: The outbreak of COVID-19 posed a threat to the physical and mental health of people around the world. General Secretary XI Jinping emphasized that the work that focused on mental health is of great significance, the whole country should increase investment in psychological counseling and psychological intervention. Under the guidance of relevant departments such as the Department of Ideological and Political Work of the Ministry of Education, colleges and universities organized psychological assistance for college students urgently. However, most college counseling centers have limited counselors, so college instructors who work at the front-line of student management need to do everything possible to offer psychological support for students. This study investigated the emotional and daily-life state, and level of attention to COVID-19 related information of students in a university in Yunnan during the prevention and control of the epidemic. It showed that during the period of epidemic prevention and control, the students ’ negative emotions were at a low level, but more than one-third or even close to half of the students might feel that their life are monotonous and had nothing to do. There were 95.3% of students paid attention to epidemic information through various channels every day, and more than 60% of students spend 1~2 h a day to absorb epidemic-related information. This study explored the core ideas, goals and paths of psychological assistance provided by college instructors for students in different epidemic-risk areas. It aimed to provide theoretical and practical references for the psychological assistance work of college instructors.
