新农科背景下基于全产业链复合应用型人才培养的实践与思考以云南农业大学农学专业(热带作物方向)人才培养为例

Practice and Thinking on the Cultivation of Compound Applied Talents based on the Whole Industry Chain under the Background of New Agricultural Science: Take the Talents Cultivation of Agronomy Major (Tropical Crops) in Yunnan Agricultural University as an Example

  • 摘要: 当前,新农科建设已成为涉农高校提高人才培养质量的重要抓手。开展“新农科多样化人才培养模式创新实践,探索基于全产业链的农林人才培养新机制”是国家新农科“三部曲”之“北京指南”的课题之一。探索基于全产业链的农林人才培养是顺应国家农村一二三产业融合发展的新要求。本文结合云南农业大学农学专业(热带作物方向)基于全产业链培养复合应用型人才的探索,重点提出坚持立德树人,对接产业链定位人才培养目标,构建农科教协同的人才培养模式,加强校外实践教学基地建设打造实践“高地”,建设校内校外结合的双师教师队伍,优化教学内容与方法,加强学生创新创业教育和挖掘产业思政资源好产业文化育人的建议。

     

    Abstract: At present, the construction of new agricultural science has become an important starting point to improve the quality of personnel training in agricultural universities. It is one of the topics of “Beijing Guide” of national new agricultural “trilogy” to carry out “innovative practice of diversified talent training mode of new agricultural science and explore new mechanism of agricultural and forestry talent training based on the whole industry chain” . Exploring the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents based on the whole industry chain is in line with the new requirements of the national rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries integration development. Based on the exploration of cultivating compound applied talents based on the whole industry chain of Agronomy Major (tropical crops direction) of Yunnan Agricultural University, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: adhering to the cultivation of morality and cultivating talents, docking the industrial chain positioning talent training objectives, building a talent training mode of agricultural science and education cooperation, strengthening the construction of practice teaching base outside the school, creating a practical “highland” , and building a double teacher team combining inside and outside the school Five, optimize the teaching content and methods, strengthen the students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education, tap the industrial ideological and political resources, and do a good job in industrial culture education.
