Abstract:
Taking tea growers in Huangshan and Lu’ an in Anhui as the research samples, the relationship between their farmers’ professional cooperatives and the production benefits of farmers was studied.The results show that whether to participate in the cooperative has an impact on the farmers’ total income, and on the total cost and total profit is not significant; the level of mechanization is positively correlated with the total cost and total income of farmers; the scale of tea, labor input and technical guidance are also positively correlated with total costs and total income, and the level of education is negatively correlated with total costs; market distance is positive for farmer. The impact of production efficiency is not significant. In this regard, the following suggestions are put forward: strengthen cooperation with the government and agricultural departments, increase capital investment; improve the organizational system of cooperatives, and focus on talent training; strengthen the brand building of cooperatives and improve product quality.
