中国玉米生产技术效率测算及影响因素分析基于土地流转视角

Calculation and Influencing Factors of Corn Production Technical Efficiency in China: Based on the Perspective of Land Transfer

  • 摘要: 以我国种植玉米20省(自治区)2004—2018年面板数据为样本,采用DEA方法对中国玉米生产技术效率进行测算,并基于土地流转视角、通过定性比较分析方法探讨其影响因素。结果显示:我国玉米的生产技术效率和土地流转程度在区域间有显著差异;土地流转程度与农机服务程度对玉米生产技术效率有显著正向影响;农村劳动力老龄化率对玉米生产效率有显著负向影响;农村居民受教育水平、农作物受灾率、雇工程度、种植玉米适宜程度对玉米生产技术效率的影响不显著。建议通过调整种植结构、推动乡村人才振兴、保障土地流转、加快农机推广进程提升玉米生产技术效率,促进玉米生产与农民增收。

     

    Abstract: Based on the panel data of 20 provinces (autonomous regions) planting corn in China from 2004 to 2018, this paper estimates the technical efficiency of maize production in China by using DEA method, and discusses the influencing factors based on the perspective of land transfer and qualitative comparative analysis. The results showed that there were significant differences in maize production technology efficiency and land transfer degree among regions in China. The degree of land transfer and agricultural machinery service had a significant positive impact on corn production technology efficiency, and the aging rate of rural labor force had a significant negative impact on maize production efficiency. The education level of rural residents, the disaster rate of crops, the degree of employment and the suitability of planting corn have no significant influence on the technical efficiency of corn production. Based on the research conclusion, the paper suggests that the corn production and farmers’ income can be increased by adjusting the planting structure, promoting the revitalization of rural talents, ensuring the land circulation, accelerating the process of agricultural machinery extension, and improving the corn production and farmers’ income.
