Abstract: The rural elderly can no longer exchange for living security through labor, while the traditional rural pension model is difficult to maintain the demand of the elderly. In the process of urban-rural integration in Guizhou, the rural elderly are facing the problems of shortage of living resources and unbalanced distribution of public resources. Through the analysis of the difficulties and causes of rural family pension, this paper establishes a long-term and effective rural social pension mechanism from the government led multi-party participation, traditional filial piety culture guidance and education, stimulating the endogenous motivation of family pension and actively introducing the market-oriented pension mode, so as to promote the healthy development of rural pension.
