公共服务满意度对农民工城市归属感的影响

The Impact of the Satisfaction over the Public Service on Migrant Workers’ Sense of Belonging to the City

  • 摘要: 推动农民工融入城市是城市和社会发展的必然要求,农民工留在城市的决策受到其城市归属感的影响。本文主要研究公共服务满意度对农民工城市归属感的影响及其性别差异,选用福建省农民工就业与城市融入调查的数据,使用有序logistic回归模型进行分析。研究表明:医疗服务、就业服务和住房保障的满意度对城市归属感有显著正向影响;子女教育满意度对城市归属感有不显著的负向影响;医疗服务就业服务的满意度显著正向影响男性农民工的城市归属感;就业服务住房保障的满意度对女性农民工的城市归属感有显著正向影响。

     

    Abstract: It is an inevitable requirement for the development of both the city and the society to the promotion over the integration of migrant workers into the city. While the decision of migrant workers whether to stay in the city or not is greatly influenced by their sense of belonging to the city. The main problem that was studied in this paper was the impact of the satisfaction over the public services on migrant workers’ sense of belonging to city as well as its gender differences. Also, the data from the survey over the migrant workers’ employment and inclusion into the city in Fujian Province was adopted in this paper, and the ordinal logistic regression model was adopted for the analysis in this paper. The main conclusions drawn from this paper were listed as follows: People’ s satisfaction with medical services, employment services and housing security has a significant positive impact on their sense of belonging to the city; People’ s satisfaction on children’ s education has non-significant negative impact on their sense of belonging to the city; Male migrant workers’ satisfaction on medical service and employment service has a significant positive impact on their sense of belonging to the city; And also female migrant workers’ satisfaction on employment service and housing security has a significant positive impact on their sense of belonging to the city.
