Abstract: The group of Migratory People in Bama County of Guangxi Province are for the purpose of seeking survival or living comfort, and mimic the seasonal migration of migratory birds, facing the problems of life integration and social integration in the local area. Based on the extended clinical perspective of Pallassana·R·Balgopal, participate in observations and in-depth interviews with Migratory People, it is found that migratory bird people face local life difficulties at the individual level, support difficulties at the group level and development difficulties at the institutional environment level. In this regard, this article proposes intervention measures from the four dimensions of micro individual (p−e), macro group (P−e), micro environment (p−E) and macro environment (P−E), in order to realize the benign interaction between migratory bird groups and local people, government and environment.
