云南高原特色农产品新零售模式探析

Analysis on New Retail Pattern of Yunnan Plateau Characteristics Agriculture Products

  • 摘要: 随着中国经济的快速发展和中国电子商务的升级,新零售商务模式以消费者为中心,利用云服务能力, 实现全场景、全渠道、全品类智慧营销模式,对电子商务发展产生了重要影响。本文结合新零售内涵、性质,分析云南特色农业零售在大数据应用分析、平台建设、产品链、物流、质量管理、消费体验存在的问题,提出建立C2S2M(消费端—供应链端—生产端)新零售商业模式,使云南省特色农产品快速融入新零售商业生态系统,增强市场竞争力。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of China’ s economy and upgrading of China’ s e-commerce, the new pattern of retail business focus on consumers and takes advantage of cloud service capabilities to realize full-scene, all-channel and all-category intelligent marketing pattern, which has an important impact on the development of e-commerce. Combining with the connotation and nature of the new retail, the paper analyzes the problems of Yunnan plateau characteristic agricultural retail in big data application analysis, platform construction, product chain, logistics, quality management and consumption experience, the new retail business pattern of C2S2M (consumer end-supply chain end-production end) was proposed, Yunnan plateau characteristic agricultural products will quickly into the new retail business ecosystem, enhance the market competitiveness.
