Abstract: The rural governance system is an important part of the national governance system, and rural governance is inseparable from the building of grassroots party organizations. The grassroots party organization is an effective carrier of the rural governance system and the fundamental guarantee for the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization. The key to establishing and improving the rural governance system is the combination of autonomy, the rule of law and the rule of virtue. These three aspects are closely related to grassroots party organizations reshaping “one core and pluralism” in rural governance, establishing legislative authority and building rural social values. Strengthening the construction of grassroots party organizations is of great significance to the improvement of the rural governance system, which is mainly manifested in building a firm political leadership core, laying a solid foundation for peasants, promoting multiple economic development momentum, and providing strong organizational guarantees.
