Abstract: Land is the foundation of peasants’ existence, How to improve the confirmation of rural homestead right is particularly important to protect the rights and interests of farmers. This paper attempts to summarize and sort out the problems of homestead confirmation from the following aspects: the registration of homestead and real estate confirmation, the follow-up work of issuing certificates, the disputes of homestead use right, the mortgage of homestead confirmation certificate, the dilemma and breakthrough of homestead circulation, the withdrawal of homestead, the relevant problems and Countermeasures of homestead confirmation. Combined with the current situation of the research, the problems that need to be further studied in the future are put forward.
