Abstract: University spirit is the soul of university development. As an important force of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, the college students’ Propaganda Group has the advantages of easy acceptance by students, innovation in form and content, and obvious effect of teaching. Through the analysis of relevant practice, we get three inspirations on how to promote value identity, ideological identity and action identity in promoting the spirit of University, and then form countermeasures and suggestions on how to cultivate the spirit of Agricultural University in the new era represented by Zhu Youyong.
