Abstract: Party building is the soul, and employment is the essence. How to organically integrate student party building work and employment work is an important issues that local colleges in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics are facing. Aiming at the status and problems of insufficient integration of party building work and employment work in local colleges, this paper proposes countermeasures for deep integration and cooperation from the school, college, branch level, and student side, with a view to providing useful exploration for promoting the integration of “party building+employment”.
