Abstract: The history of reform and opening up is the history of Marxism sinicization. Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, the Chinese Communists, based on the reality of China in different historical stages, have continuously promoted the Marxism sinicization and formed theoretical systems of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Their successful practices experiences lie in: always adhere to the dialectical unity of theory and practice, absorb the nourishment of Chinese excellent traditional culture, stand firm in the people-centered value position, and strengthen the party ’s overall leadership. We constantly sum up successful practices and experience so that we can further enhance the recognition and practice of Xi Jinping ’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era, enhance the “Four Consciousnesses”, strengthen the “Four Self-confidence” and achieve the “Two Maintenances”.
