Abstract: The deeply poor areas in Yunnan Province are mostly concentrated in the ethnic enclaves. It is of great significance for Yunnan Province to achieve poverty alleviation and build a moderately prosperous society in all respects to lift the poor out of poverty smoothly in ethnic areas. On the basis of literature review, using the research method of tourism targeted poverty alleviation, this paper analyzes the current situation of tourism targeted poverty alleviation in ethnic areas of Yunnan Province, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the four dimensions of improving the popularity of precise interpretation, accuracy of precise identification, operation of accurate assistance and scientificity of accurate management for the existing problems.
