Abstract:
In order to investigate the understanding of De ’ang acid tea ’s manufacturing technology and quality and efficacy in Kunming and Dehong, this paper discussed and analyzed consumers ’ preference for De ’ang acid tea in Kunming and Dehong, and provided some suggestions for promoting the market of De ’ang acid tea. The paper questionnaire and network survey were used to obtain the basic information of the sample population, the tea drinking situation, and the understanding of the consumption of De ’ang acid tea and its efficacy. De ’ang acid tea consumers choose motivation is influenced by many factors, in order to De ’ang acid tea better inheritance to promote, on the basis of field survey, through the statistical analysis, find out the current De ’ang acid tea promotion problems existing in the process of inheritance, put forward the corresponding proposal, to correctly guide De ’ang acid tea consumption and the promotion, to better develop De ’ang acid tea with minority characteristics market.
