明代怀庆府枋口广济渠引水灌溉工程修建及管理以水利碑文为中心的考察

  • 摘要: 明代怀庆府枋口广济渠现存碑刻十二通,可分为篆言、记事、述德三类。通过对这些碑文的考察、整理和解读,可以洞悉当时修建和管理广济渠的概况,包括资金来源、工程进度、引水方式、分水模式、灌溉面积、日常维护等。同时,可以发现碑文在缓和社会矛盾、促使人们遵守水利规则、反映明代河渠工程经费管理机制等方面所发挥的社会功能,加深对广济渠水利碑文价值和意义的理解,进而丰富明代水利工程史和灌溉史的研究。

     

    Abstract: Twelve passes of the existing inscriptions on the Guangji canal in Fangkou of Huaiqing Prefecture in the Ming Dynasty can be divided into three types: seal speech, memo, and narration. Through the inspection, arrangement and interpretation of these inscriptions, you can get an overview of the construction and management of the Guangji Canal at that time, including funding sources, project progress, water diversion methods, water distribution models, irrigation area, daily maintenance, etc. At the same time, it can be found that the inscriptions play a social role in alleviating social contradictions, urging people to abide by water conservancy rules, reflecting the Ming Dynasty’ s river canal project funding management mechanism, etc., and deepening their understanding of the value and significance of the Guangji Canal’ s water conservancy inscription, thereby enriching the history of the Ming Dynasty’ s water conservancy projects and research on irrigation history.
