人力资本与大学生就业的关系研究基于对云南农业大学的调查

The Relationship between Human Capital and Graduates ’ Employment: Based on Survey of Yunnan Agricultural University

  • 摘要: 当前我国高等教育已经从 “精英教育”时代向 “大众教育” 阶段转变,因而大学毕业生面临着越来越严峻的就业压力与挑战,如何解决大学生就业难问题成为社会面临的重大课题。本文主要通过对云南农业大学的实证调查,采用问卷调查、个案调查等研究方法,深入分析人力资本对大学生就业状况的影响,并探讨了两者之间的相互关系,还从人力资本角度分析了大学生就业难的原因,从而提出对人力资本进行投资是实现就业,增强就业潜力的前提条件。作为当代的大学生,要提升自己的就业机率,就首先需要加大对自身人力资本的投入,增加个人的知识和综合能力,以增强自身的就业竞争力。同时认为,高校就业服务部门应当充分发挥就业服务体系功能,针对性地对大学毕业生的就业状况进行引导,从而让高校就业服务体系成为大学生实现成功就业的一份重要资本。

     

    Abstract: At present, China’ s higher education has shifted from the stage of “elite education” to the stage of “mass education”. Therefore, college graduates are facing increasingly severe employment pressures and challenges. How to solve the problem of employment difficulties for college students has become a major task to be faced in our society. Based on the survey data of university graduates of Yunnan Agricultural University in 2013, this paper examines the relationship between employment of university graduates and their human capital through statistical analysis. And also the paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the difficulty in employment of university graduates.
