基于熵值法的云南省生态经济可持续发展质量综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Sustainable Development Quality of Ecological Economy in Yunnan Province Based on Entropy Method

  • 摘要: 以云南省16个州市为研究对象,从经济发展、生态建设、环境保护、资源利用、社会效益等5个方面,构建生态经济可持续发展评价指标体系,运用熵值法对它们的生态经济可持续发展质量水平进行评价。在此基础上,利用层次聚类分析方法将云南省16个州市划分为4个类型区:生态经济高质量发展区域、生态经济发展质量较高区域、生态经济发展质量中等区域、生态经济低质量发展区域。同时针各类型区存在的问题进行探讨,并提出对策建议。

     

    Abstract: Taking 16 states and cities in Yunnan province as the research object, the evaluation index system of sustainable development of ecological economy is constructed from five aspects: economic development, ecological construction, environmental protection, resource utilization and social benefits, and their quality level of sustainable development of ecological economy is measured by entropy method. On this basis, 16 cities in the Yunnan province are divided into four types by hierarchical cluster analysis: high quality development area of ecological economy, high quality area of ecological economy development, medium quality area of ecological economic development and low quality development area of ecological economy. At the same time, the problems existing in each type of area are discussed, and the problems are given. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
