Abstract: The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic decision made by the party’ s central government in the new era of national development, and it has brought new opportunities for innovative rural governance and promoting the modernization of rural governance. Innovating rural governance focuses on practical results. The article discusses the inherent logic of innovative rural governance under the strategy of rural revitalization, analyzes many difficulties faced by rural governance in China, and condenses the corresponding policy path, that is, by reshaping rural social capital, innovating the concepts, mechanisms and methods of rural governance, promote the modernization of the rural governance system and governance capabilities, thereby helping to advance the overall promotion of the rural revitalization strategy.
