Abstract: The cultivation of skills and culture is the characteristic and advantage of higher vocational college talent training, which is not only an important factor for higher vocational education to better serve the transformation and upgrading of national industry, but also the source of sustainable development of higher vocational education. Skill culture and its way of educating people are the important proposition to improve the quality of educating people in higher vocational colleges.
