Abstract: The teachers of thought and politics need a decent personality, which is the requirement of the law of moral construction, rooting in the fine tradition of ancient education, and the fine tradition of ideological and political education of the Party. At present, the teachers of thought and politics in our country are well generally, but there are some problems such as all of political position instability, low theoretical level, moral sentiment in some people. To improve the personality of teachers in our country, we should take the enterprise of the Party as the fundamental guarantee, and strictly manage from all of political position, theoretical cultivation, moral emotion, etc.
