Abstract:
At present, it has become increasingly common for higher education to seek international cooperation in the cultivation of international talents, combine resources from all sides and implement cross-border collaborative cultivation. Yunnan province is the gateway of southwest China, and international talent cultivation focuses more on serving the development of south and southeast Asia. Study through research pointed out that the main mode of cross-border collaboration to cultivate international talents in Yunnan undergraduate universities is cooperation between colleges and colleges, cooperation between colleges and enterprise, and the main problems is the lack of overall planning and specific guidance, the insufficient of financial support and platform building, the undefined positioning as well as the obvious gap between the construction of teachers, curriculum and internationalization requirement of talent training. In view of this problem, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the quality of international talents training from the perspectives of government and universities.
