Abstract: New township talents are an important force to participate in the revitalization of rural cultural, and they have made great achievements in the cultivation of socialist core values, promotion of rural cultural undertakings and cultural industries, and establishment of civilized new styles. However, there are still some difficulties such as insufficient platform construction, low self-organization degree of new township talents, imperfect guarantee and incentive mechanism, and insufficient social cognition of new township talents. Based on this, the paper puts forward the following ways for new township talents to participate in the revitalization of rural cultural: building a platform, strengthening government guidance, perfecting policies and regulations, exploring and cultivating new township talents, etc.
