Abstract: Culture, as the root and soul of the countryside, has become an important grasp in the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization. In order to realize the revitalization of the countryside, we cannot realize the premise and internal motivation of “cultural consciousness”. As the main body of cultural construction, farmers play a role in creating, starting and regulating cultural objects. In the new era, the main role should be highlighted through sorting out the historical context of villages, creating distinctive cultural symbols, carrying out cultural activities on demand, and exploring the law of cultural development, so as to restore and enhance farmers’ cultural consciousness and promote rural revitalization.
