Abstract: The revitalization of rural culture is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy. There are many ethnic groups in Yunnan Province, and each ethnic group has its own unique culture. Therefore, it has rich rural cultural resources. How to make these rich cultural resources play a better role and promote the revitalization and prosperity of rural culture is an important issue that needs to be studied at present. Based on the literature research method and the field investigation method, the article comprehensively combs the relevant research literature at home and abroad, and goes deep into the villages in the ethnic areas to comprehensively sort out the difficulties faced by the rural cultural revitalization, namely:the difficulty of investment guarantee, the difficulty of training talents, and the elimination of bad habits. the difficulty of inheritance and protection, and the difficulty of integration and development. And put forward countermeasures in a targeted manner, namely:strengthen the platform and carrier construction, and strive to build a new pattern of "multi-integrated" rural culture construction; further explore, protect, inherit, and innovate rich ethnic cultural resources; use "culture+" thinking, actively develop and strengthen the national cultural industry; strengthen the construction of rural cultural talents in ethnic areas; establish and improve the rural cultural revitalization guarantee mechanism.
