Abstract: In response to the national poverty reduction policy, the team of academician Zhu Youyong take science and technology innovation in poverty alleviation as the basic principle, after an in-depth study on areas of extreme poverty of the directly entering socialism ethnic groups of border ares in Langcang county, implement poverty alleviation in industry and education, promote local industry development, create a model for the demonstration of new achievements, new paths and new ideas for technological innovation poverty alleviation. By means of field research and expert interviews, this paper specifically analyzes the new approaches and new models of the innovative scientific and technological poverty alleviation in Lancang county of Yunnan province, explores how to comprehensively promote and apply the achievements of scientific and technological innovation, so as to provide reference and reference for the scientific and technological poverty alleviation work, and realize the continuous improvement of the three major benefits of ecology, society and economy.
