基于层次分析法的尤溪梯田生态农业综合效益分析

The Ecological Agriculture Comprehensive Benefits of Youxi Terrace Analytical Based on Hierarchy Process

  • 摘要: 尤溪梯田在福建省内拥有着得天独厚的生态条件,是福建省重要的历史文化景观和生态绿色景观。针对其独具特色的梯田生态环境、耕作方式和生态农业发展模式进行研究,可以凸显出福建地域生态农业的特色。本文构建的尤溪梯田综合效益评价指标体系所采用的方法是层次分析法(AHP),并运用比重法对评价体系中的各项指标数据进行无量纲化处理。通过对评价体系的各效益数据进行研究后发现,影响尤溪梯田综合效益的主要有单位播种面积农业GDP、农民人均纯收入、人均耕地面积、恩格尔系数、农民人均粮食占有量和单位面积化肥施用量等几个方面。为了解决这些问题,本文结合尤溪梯田实际,提出促进农村劳动力转移就业,增加农民收入;提升农业科技创新能力,推进种业自主创新,提升农业播种面积GDP;提升粮食安全保障调控和应急水平,增加人均粮食占有量;坚持土地用途管制制度,强化耕地占补平衡管理;坚决保证农产品质量安全,积极推行农业清洁生产,实现化肥农药使用量零增长;提高农村劳动生产率,缩小收入差距的对策建议,以期解决影响尤溪梯田综合效益的现存问题,并为其生态农业的未来发展指明方向。

     

    Abstract: With the unique ecological conditions in Fujian Province, Youxi terrace can be evaluated more scientifically through the construction of its benefit evaluation index system, so the study on the unique terrace ecological environment, cultivation mode and ecological agriculture development mode can highlight the characteristics of fujian regional ecological agriculture. Methods including analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and proportion method are adopted in this paper to establish the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system. Then, through the study of the benefits of the evaluation system, the comprehensive benefits of youxi terraces are mainly affected by the following aspects:per unit sown area agricultural GDP, per capita net income of farmers, per capita cultivated land area, engel's coefficient, per capita grain occupation of farmers and the amount of fertilizer applied per unit area. In order to solve these problems, combining with the current situation, this paper put forward suggestions to promote rural labor transfer employment, and increase farmers'income through the study of the benefit data of the evaluation system; improve agricultural science and technology innovation capabilities, promote independent innovation in the seed industry, and increase the GDP of agricultural sowing areas; raise the level of food security control and emergency response and increase the per capita share of grain; adhere to the land use control system and strengthen the balanced management of arable land use; ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, actively promote clean agricultural production, and achieve zero growth in the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticide; improve rural labor productivity and narrow the income gap. These countermeasures willassumes certain reference significance for the future development direction of ecological agriculture of Youxi terrace.
