Abstract: Cultural self-confidence is the soul of cultivating civilized rural customs and provides cultural resources for cultivating civilized rural customs. Through discussing the internal logic of strengthening cultural self-confidence and cultivating civilized rural style, this paper analyses the dilemma and its causes of cultivating civilized rural style from the perspective of cultural self-confidence, and concisely puts forward the corresponding solutions. We should strengthen cultural self-confidence by building the cultural industry with rural characteristics, improving the return system of cultural talents, promoting the spiritual core of rural culture, and improving the public cultural service system, etc. In order to cultivate civilized local customs and promote the stable development of rural areas.
