Abstract: Since the party's 19, General Secretary Xi Jinping has elevated the issues relating to agriculture,rural areas,and rural people, an important level of work for the whole party. The implementation and development of the strategy of rural revitalization is an important commitment of the party to the people. The Times are in the new period of transformation and development, and the consciousness of ideology and morality has changed in different degrees in this group, which is represented by peasants.This paper ponders from the level of rural ideological and moral construction in the village governance system, combined with the background of the current rural revitalization and development strategy, mainly combs the basic connotation, significance, realistic basis and path exploration of the rural ideological and moral construction in four dimensions, and tries to explore a scientific method in line with the rural ideological and moral construction.
